Once fully completed, applications and any required additional information may be emailed to info@desantismgmt.com or mailed to DeSantis Community Management. If emailing information, please mail any fees to DeSantis Community Management.

General Sales & Leasing Information:

1. Please submit all application materials 14 days in advance to allow for background process and scheduling of interviews.

2. The community is considered as a 55+ community and is intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age and older.

3. Owners must own the unit for at least one year before the unit can be rented. Rental periods must be at least 190 days.

4. The application and interview process must be completed for potential lessees and all occupants.
